62 NEW DATASETS ADDED TO THE DATABASE
We have added 62 new datasets to our database. These datasets include new datasets for cancers already in the database as well as newly added cancers. Almost all of TCGA datasets have now been added to the database.

NEW IMAGE FORMATS INTRODUCED
We have implemented export of prognostic plots in .svg and .pdf formats. Links to these formats are provided on results page benethe the PNG plots

1. TCGA - Kidney Chromophobe [KICH]
2. TCGA - Kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma [KIRP]

IMPORTANT BUG FIX
There was a bug in our program which was producing erroneous results for Gene-Gene ratio analysis when not adjusted or divided for any covariate in certain datasets. We have fixed the bug and there are no identified problems as of yet. Please re-generate your graphs using the new code.

WE HAVE MADE CHANGES TO USER UPLOAD OF CUSTOM DATASETS. USERS WILL NOW HAVE TO LOG ON WITH A USERNAME (EMAIL) AND PASSWORD COMBINATION TO ANALYSE CUSTOM USER DATASETS. REGISTRATION LINK IS PROVIDED WITH LOGIN PAGE. A LOGGED IN SESSION WILL BE REQUIRED TO ANALYSE CUSTOM DATA, AND REMOVE EXISTING DATASETS.
